You talk to the person building it
No account manager relaying messages to a developer you never meet. The person you have the consultation with is the person writing the code.
How it works
Every step says what I need from you and roughly how long it takes, because the honest constraint on a build is almost never the build.
The steps
01
A 30-minute call about your business, your customers and what the website actually needs to do. No pitch deck, no pressure.
02
A fixed price with the scope written down — what is included, what is not, how many revision rounds, and the timeline.
03
A 50% deposit starts the work. You get a private link to an onboarding questionnaire built specifically for your industry.
04
The questionnaire asks the things that actually change the build — your services, your service area, your competitors, what you want visitors to do. Save and return from any device.
05
Built custom from your answers. Mobile-first, fast, and structured so search engines and customers both understand it.
06
A private preview link. You give feedback in one pass; I make the changes. Your revision rounds are counted and visible to both of us.
07
Domain, SSL, analytics, redirects from the old site, and a walkthrough so you know how to use what you own.
08
Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and a monthly edit allowance. Optional, month to month, and never a condition of the build.
Why this rather than the alternatives
No account manager relaying messages to a developer you never meet. The person you have the consultation with is the person writing the code.
Website builders start from a theme and ask you to fit your business into it. This starts from what your business needs and builds to that.
Packages and what they include are published. You know the number before you call, and the proposal price is the price.
Every package states what it excludes as well as what it includes. Unclear scope is where website projects go wrong for both sides.
Clear calls to action, fast load times, click-to-call on mobile, and forms that actually get filled in. The site has a job.
Your domain, your content, your site. No proprietary platform you cannot leave, and no monthly fee required to keep your website online with me.
A conversation, then a written proposal with a fixed price and a 21-day timeline you can say no to.
