The timetable is a link, or a photograph of a spreadsheet
It is the single most-wanted piece of information on a gym site and it is almost never on the home page. A PDF or an image is unreadable on a phone and invisible to search.
Websites for fitness trainers & gyms
Custom websites for gyms and personal trainers, built for somebody who has decided to start and wants to know when they can walk in.
Crank Athletic is a KustomSite design concept for the fitness studio category. It is not a client project and the business is fictional.

What costs you jobs
It is the single most-wanted piece of information on a gym site and it is almost never on the home page. A PDF or an image is unreadable on a phone and invisible to search.
The largest barrier is not price, it is the fear of walking into a room full of people who know what they are doing. A page that says what the first session is actually like removes it.
"Enquire for pricing" on a gym reads as a sales call waiting to happen, and the person who has just decided to start will look somewhere that told them the number.
Turning up to a full class is the fastest way to lose a new member. Live capacity, or at least an honest indication, protects the experience you are selling.
What gets built instead
Real structured content, readable on a phone, indexable, with class capacity where your system exposes it.
What to bring, what happens, what the room is like, what the coach will and will not ask you to do. It converts the most hesitant and most valuable visitor.
One price with one condition, stated on the button rather than in a footnote. Nothing erodes trust in this category faster than a surprise contract length.
The decision is fragile. Every hop between deciding and being booked is a chance to lose it.
Fair questions
They see you there and then look for the timetable and the price. Social creates the intent; the site either converts it in thirty seconds or loses it.
Your competitors already know your prices. The person it helps is the one deciding tonight, and the one it hurts is the gym that made them ask.
It does, behind a login, on a domain that is not yours, looking the same as every other gym on it. Your site is the only place the decision is made on your terms.
Asked often
Yes, and it should. It is what most visitors came for, and having it as real content rather than a PDF also means it can appear in search results for the class and the time.
Where your booking system exposes capacity, yes. Where it does not, an honest indication is still better than letting somebody arrive to a full room.
It should be easy to find from every page, with its one condition stated on the button rather than in small print. Surprise contract lengths are what this category is distrusted for.
4 parts, and the trade is already answered when you arrive from here. Nothing is charged and nothing starts until you say so.
