What it is built to do
A tasting room that is booked out three weeks ahead, and a site that behaves like it.
The mechanic
Reservation is the only primary action on any screen. The menu is real typeset HTML, not a PDF, so it is readable on a phone and indexable by search. Service hours are machine-readable, so "open now" is answered correctly.
