Weddings, funerals, corporate and private parties have completely different requirements, tones and lead times. A wake and a fortieth should not be enquired about through the same form.
Dietary requirements treated as an afterthought
Every event now has them, and how you handle allergens, vegan and halal or kosher provision is a real decision factor rather than a footnote.
Availability unknown
The date is the hardest filter. Making somebody email to discover you are already booked wastes both sides’ time.
